Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Here are our estimated delivery times:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum order requirement.

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed or missing?
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team right away and we will assist you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

What if I receive a defective product?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, there is no cost to you for the return. Please contact us and we will assist you.

Who pays for return shipping?
Defective products: No cost to the customer (incorrect item, carrier damage, or defective in any other way).
Change of mind / sizing / ordered the wrong item: The actual return delivery cost is charged to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you’d like to swap for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us and we’ll help you exchange your item.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

How do I choose the right size?

What if the item doesn’t fit?
If the item doesn’t fit, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
